The CIP (Clean In Place) stations in our offer are used to clean equipment, production lines and industrial pipelines in closed cycle. The CIP washing station is equipped with an automation system responsible for controlling the entire washing process. This type of device can be operated manually or be fully automated.
The CIP station consists of water tanks, washing and disinfecting solutions, pumps, valves and pipelines. The work cycle starts with pre-rinse. For this process, water from the inter-operational rinsing is used, which reduces the operating resources. After the initial rinsing, the contaminated water is directed directly to the sewage. The washing solutions are prepared by dosing pumps, whose task is to deliver strictly defined amounts of chemicals to the station’s main tank. The tank also heats up the liquid. The type of substances, as well as their concentration and temperature are selected for a specific application by manufacturers of washing agents.Then the washing solution circulates in a closed circuit between the station and the washed device in time, which ensures thorough washing of the device at the assumed temperature. After the chemical cleaning cycle is finished, the whole installation is flushed with water until the pH of the liquid is neutral. During the process line operation, with raw material flowing through the machines and equipment, the CIP system is completely cut off from the production lines.
Each CIP washing station produced by us works in the so-called closed cycle, which allows to save washing substances as well as to reduce the amount of wastewater discharged after washing. Depending on the needs, CIP washing stations can be produced in mobile, stationary or compact version.
